Katherine Fiser Adams Eggensperger, 95, of Fayetteville, went to be with the Lord on July 10, 2013. She was born June 15, 1918 in Morrilton, AR to Headley and Maude Fiser. She is predeceased by two husbands, Milburn Adams and Dr. Read Obituary
In reading Ms. Eggensperger's obituary I noticed she had a brother named Poindexter. Being a Poindexter by birth and having had family in NWAin the early 1900's I am wondering which family he was named after. I live now in Little Rock, but grew up in Montana where my father, Hugh H. Poindexter migrated to from Arkansas. Many thanks for any information. And my sincerest condolences for your loss .
My grandfather was James Marion Adams and I saw Aunt Katherine off and on over the years, especially when Graddaddy was still living. She was really my Great Aunt. Her niece - my mother, Constance Adams Robertson - passed away this February.I appreciated reading Katherine's lovely obituary and the opportunity to reach out to Mother's cousins (who are also mine) via this book of condolences. I remember Katherine always being such a sweet woman of God. Whenever my family would visit Ft. Smith when we were little, we would always go and visit with her and Harold. I know she will be greatly missed.

Ms. Katherine was such an inspiration to everyone she knew. Her smile just made you feel happy. I worked the front desk at the Clarion for years. I did not know her well, just to visit with her during her stays there and to later see her every Sunday when she came with the family for lunch. She loved her family and was loved and cared for in return. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. We all know she is in a wonderful place now. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
