Katherine Loraine Teal Fiser Lyle's Obituary
Katherine Loraine Teal Fiser Lyle, 80, of Bentonville, Arkansas, died Monday August 7, 2006 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. She was born December 29, 1925 in Evansville, Indiana to Dewey and Addie "Mame" Lyle.
She was a successful real estate agent in the Fayetteville area for over 20 years. She was very active in her community in the '70's serving as PTA President among many other groups and clubs. Some of her favorite things were singing, dancing and spending time with her family. In the 40's she was involved with WSM radio in Nashville, TN., where she achieved notable success and performed at the Grand Ole Opry. She was a vivacious woman with lots of life and love to give. She had the most beautiful smile, the most charming characteristics, and the spirit of a tiger. She was a great mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be missed deeply and forever by her family.
She is survived by one sister, Betty Patton of Nashville, TN; three daughters, Kathy Grimes of Bella Vista, AR, Cheryl Morrison of Springdale, AR, Beverly Bourjon of Antioch, TN; one son, Jerry Teal of Nashville, TN; seven grandchildren, Ashley Grimes, Jason Grimes, Lee Teal, Rosalind Teal, Wesley Morrison and Ginger and Corby Sittles; and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, August 10, 2006 at the Mausoleum in Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fayetteville, with Rev. Don George officiating.
