So sorry to hear of Ken's passing. I enjoyed knowing Ken the time we worked together. I hadn't talked with him since my retirement last year and I know he was looking forward to doing the same. He was a good man and a very good adjuster, old school like me, and that's hard to find anymore. My prayers are with you, but thank God he is free of the pain. He will be missed.
