Kenneth 'Jim' Ward's Obituary
Kenneth “Jim” Ward, age 82, of Prairie Grove, died Tuesday, December 11, 2012 in Missouri. He was born July 19, 1930 in Mitchell, Illinois, the son of Andrew F. and Flossie Ellington Ward.
He was a retired teacher and a retired United States Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Ward; a daughter, Karen Carnes of Prairie Grove; a son, Kenneth Ward, Jr. of Springdale; a daughter, Pam Compton of Farmington; a daughter, Lisa Davis of Yates Center, Kansas; a son, Sam Ward of Prairie Grove; a sister, Vivian Lawson of Rogers; 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
No funeral service is planned, arrangements are under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
