Ron and family,I want to express my sympathy to each of you. While I did not know Lana personally, I did grow up with Ron in Walnut Ridge. I was sad to hear of Lana's passing. Ron had enjoyed a wonderful high school reunion in Walnut Ridge back in October. I can sense that Lana was a gifted teacher and a quality person. May each of you find comfort in the contribution she made to the students and their lives. May you find comfort also in the reading of Ephesians 3:14-21.
I never had Mrs. Barlett as a teacher, but I remember the time when we made gooey, ooey, Oobleck! I know I may never feel the loss and sadness that your family has, but I will know that my heart's with you.
I was deeply saddened by the news of Lana. I worked with her for many years - made some trips with her plus she taught my daughter, Kadie. She was one of a kind! She made a difference in many lives!!
I am proud to have known her and am honored to have called her my friend.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. Bartlett was my social studies teacher in third grade. I remember her energy and passion for teaching, her compassion for her students, and her warm smile. I am so sorry to hear of her passing and the Bartlett family is in my thoughts and prayers.
Mrs.Bartlett was my teacher. She was really nice and kind. I will miss her.
Mrs. Bartlett wasn't my teacher but I remember her very well. She was an amazing teacher and I will miss her greatly. I remember that she would come to our class after she retired to read us the Dr. Suess book, Oobleck, and then we would make it together. Cornstarch, water, and food coloring. Now, when I make it, I will think of her. I am sorry for your loss in the family.
I worked with Lana many years ago and have run into her many times. I have never known a sweeter lady and friend. I will miss her.
