Lee Warren Hill's Obituary
Lee Warren Hill, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on April 21, 2024, in Cave Springs, Arkansas, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 24, 1959, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Lee and Estelle (Malo) Hill.
Lee was a man of many talents and passions. He was the proud owner and operator of Champion Electric of AR, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and dedication in his profession. He graduated from Elliston Baptist Academy in Memphis, TN. He continued his education by enrolling in the electrical apprentice program and becoming a Journeymen and Master electrician. He was fortunate enough to be surrounded by mentors from all walks of life and practiced those values that were instilled in him. Enhancing not only the quality of his life, but also those he came into contact with.
Lee's love for his family knew no bounds, all of whom he adored deeply. Tami and Lee have known each other since they were 9 and 11. Their love story began when Lee proposed to Tami on her 21st birthday, and they recently celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary on April 8th. Together, they created a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories.
A passionate outdoorsman, Lee found solace and joy in hunting and spending time in nature. He also had a deep love for racing, particularly NASCAR.
Lee will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Tami; his sons, Austin Hill and wife Samantha of Bentonville, and Colton Hill of Cave Springs; his granddaughter, Amelia "Millie" Hill; his sister, Susan Almon of Southaven, MS; nieces, Stephanie Harris and husband Jamie of Hernando, MS and Kelly Cobb and husband Brad of Bartlesville, OK. He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Hill and mother, Estelle (Malo) Hill.
In honor of Lee's compassionate spirit and his commitment to helping others, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in lieu of flowers.
Friends and loved ones are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Friday, April 26, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home of Rogers from 6-8 PM. A service to celebrate Lee's life will be held on Saturday, April 27, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home of Rogers at 10 AM, followed by a burial at Pinnacle Memorial Gardens.
