L. W. “Budgie” Harris, age 80, of Springdale, died Sunday, June 30, 2013 in Springdale. He was born October 23, 1932 in Sasakwa, Oklahoma, the son of Sidney and Ethel Cleveland Harris. He was retired owner of Campbell Harris Elec
