Lester Ernest Henretty's Obituary
Lester Ernest Henretty, age 85, of West Fork, Arkansas passed away Monday January 5, 2015 in Fayetteville. He was born December 24, 1929 in Linesville, Pennsylvania to Bernard and Rose (Holets) Henretty. He was the second of eight children. He served in the U.S. Navy as a Machinists Mate 3rd class during the Korean Conflict aboard the U.S.S. Sierra.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Carol Louise (Banfield) Henretty; four sons, Gary Henretty and his wife Diana of Noel, Missouri; Timothy Henretty and his wife Theresa of Elkins, Arkansas; Eric Henretty of Fayetteville, Arkansas; Jeff Henretty and his wife Christina of West Fork, Arkansas; two sisters, Beverly Marks of Warren, Ohio and Carol Spencer of Old Town, Idaho and one brother Robert Henretty of Springboro, Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren, Joe Henretty, Jenny Omondi, Chris Henretty, Shannon Ray, Danielle Pierce, Stephanie Henretty, Kaylea Henretty; and six great grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 2:00 pm Saturday January 10, 2015 at Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
