Carla, I just ran across this and I am so sorry you no longer have your wonderful husband by your side. So glad we all went to Las Vegas! We all will miss him terribly. Big hugs & prayers.
We didn't know Lester as well as we would have liked or nearly long enough but we highly respected him. Carla and Lester included my son into their family and have treated him like their own. I know that Mr. Rains as he was loving called valued all of his advice and support and most importantly his love. We will miss him very much and all of our love and prayers go out to the entire family.
For the last 30 years Lester has been a part of my life. We have worked, played, laughed and argued and I cherish every memory. There wasn't a day go by we didn't talk, even if it was just a phone call to tell me "you'll never guess what Mitch has done now" Lester is one the the greatest men I have ever known. He gave so much to everyone. He cared about you and your family and was always there, day or night if you needed anything. He has came through so many times and gotten me out of binds and yes even literally out of the ditch a time or two.I can't begin to put into word how much Lester meant to me. He was my best friend.I miss my friend.
Lester White had true grit and lots of it. He took incredible pride in his work, the company he built, and above all else, his family. He was tough, fair, honest, and generous. I count myself lucky to have known Lester and worked with him. My heart goes out to Carla, Brandon, Staci, and the rest of your family.

So sorry for your lose. Lester was a good man that treated me like his own. We had some great times. May you find comfort in knowing that he is not in anymore pain. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
We are so sorry to hear of Lester's passing. He was a terrific man; a real pleasure to be around. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Carla, Brandon and Stacy. May God give you peace and comfort in the joy of sharing precious memories. Speaking often of those we have lost is to keep them alive forever.
Carla, I am sorry to hear about Lester's passing. I didn't know he was ill. You and the family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
I was sad to learn of Lester's passing, and my thoughts and prayers go out to Carla and the entire family.Brandon,I am fortunate to call you a friend, and while I am sad for the passing of your father, I am happy that you had the more recent past to discover how much your father truly adored you. You were blessed with a strong, hard working, talented father, and he did his very best to mold you into a strong, intelligent, businessman and father, in the only way he knew. I truly feel that as hard as he pushed you at times, it was only out of a solid belief that you could surpass what he had begun. Your father was at the top of his craft, very strong and proud, and I am certain that as much as it bothered him that his body was failing him, he found comfort in knowing that you were there to stand for him when he felt too weak to stand on his own.I am truly sorry for your loss, but so thankful that you got to rediscover your father through his illness, and to truly learn his feelings for you, in their purest form! Your family has displayed strength and grace through a very difficult experience, and that is a testament to Lester.
My deepest sympathies are with the White family at this time of grieving. So sorry for your loss Carla, Brandon and Staci.
