Letha Helen Keith Parker's Obituary
Letha Helen Keith Parker, age 72, passed away Friday October 11, 2013 in Fayetteville. She was born March 28, 1941 in Jackson, Kentucky to Frank and Marie O’Connor Keith. She was a Certified Nurses Assistant in geriatrics for over 40 years in the state of Arkansas and retired from her career at Butterfield Trail Village retirement community in 2006.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Dawn Keith of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one grandson, Sandy Jason Keith and his wife Amanda Smith Keith; two great granddaughters, Alice Lucy Keith and Mariam Helen Keith both of Fairfax, Virginia.
