Lidia Haydee Segura's Obituary
Our wonderful mother left this earth to meet her LORD and Savior on the evening of June 22, 2023. She was held by Dad, a thankful husband of 54 years.
She passed hearing our dad’s prayer for the wonderful life they had together. As Papi hugged Nana during her final moments, he said a prayer.
He thanked the Lord for all the blessings they shared together. He thanked the Lord for all their grandchildren. He thanked the Lord for the good. He thanked the Lord for the bad.
Nana passed surrounded by family, listening to hymns. Which she was fond of, but this isn’t the end.
No- it isn’t. Nana isn’t dead. She is alive with God in heaven.
God has prepared a place for her.
One day, we will all be reunited, praising The Lord together. One day, it may be near, or it may be far- we will hear the words that Nana heard this day.
“Well Done, My Good and Faithful Servant.”
