Lisa Dianne Lyons' Obituary
Lisa Dianne Lyons, 49, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away Thursday , December 6, 2018 in Rogers, AR. She was born on August 2, 1969 in, Little Rock, AR to Larry and JoAnn (Hughey) Atkinson.
She loved people, enjoyed reading and loved watching Nathan play ball. Lisa faithfully served in ministry for more than 25 years making an eternal difference in countless lives.
She was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Atkinson. Lisa is survived by her husband, Rev. Joe Lyons, one son, Nathan Conner Lyons of Rogers, AR, her father, Larry Atkinson of Searcy, AR, and one brother, Dr. Kevin Atkinson of Searcy, AR
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 10, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Northwest Assembly 301 SW Unity Blvd in Bentonville. A Celebration of Her Life will be Tuesday, December 11, at Northwest Assembly with Dr. Alton Garrison and Dr. Bryan Jarrett officiating. A burial will follow at Pinnacle Memorial Gardens in Rogers with Rev. Cecil Culbreth officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lisa Lyons Scholarship Fund through Northwest Assembly at northwestassembly.org.
