I always enjoyed Lois in our Univ. Women's Book Club. She always added so much to the discussions. She had so much information and life experiences to share. We had a little Christmas Cookie exchange group and met at her home many years. It was a lot of fun being with her. She was a wonderful asset to our community with her endless service. She and John were really a team in the Department and student and faculty lives.

Steve and I are so very sorry you have lost your Mom and Dad within a few months of each other. All who knew them were blessed and they both will be missed.

I always greatly admired Lois for her work in the community and for all she did over the years to make Fayetteville such a wonderful place to live. Her commitment to better government and her passionate belief in protecting our environment made a positive difference for all of us. Lois raised a good family and her children have all done well and will always be a credit to her in the years to come. Lois will be missed but always fondly remembered.
