Lois Shipley's Obituary
Lois Shipley, 93 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, AR. She was born July 18, 1918 in Cherry Creek, AR to Al and Mary (Boatright) Johnson.
She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Mrs. Shipley’s life passion was to be a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband Aaron Eugene Shipley and her siblings.
She is survived by one daughter; Hazel Jane Smith and husband Si of Springdale, AR, two granddaughters; Beth Wagner and husband Ken of Tulsa, OK, Becky Lowe and husband Doug of Rogers, AR, and five great grandchildren; Braden, Eden, Spencer, Samuel, and Seth.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 27th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 28th in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with Reverends Charlie Foster and Joe Dorman officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
