Lori Ann Collins' Obituary
Lori Ann Collins-Moore, 55, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2009 in Fayetteville. She was born January 7, 1954 in Brawley, California. The daughter of Charles Howard Collins and Vivian V. (Aden) Collins. She was a homemaker and a friend to all whom knew her. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of Flowers memorials may be made to the Washington Regional Hospice, 34 Colt Square, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Arrangements are by Nelson-Berna Funeral Home and Crematory of Fayetteville.
