We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Lottie. I have always loved and respected and admired her.
I know that it is a comfort to know she is in heaven but she will be greatly missed.
I always wished I could be as good of a cook as she was. Her meals were delicious and beautiful at the same time!
She has gone on before us but has left a wonderful legacy.

My sympathies to Lottie's family. I was one of the kids at Oaklawn Missionary Baptist Church who sang with the congregation to Lottie's accompaniment on the piano and organ. She and Ernest were such inspirations to us. It seemed that they were really in charge because they took on so much responsibility. I remember Ernest encouraging me to walk down that aisle to be saved. Benny was in my Sunday School class, and I was saddened to learn of his passing. What a great Christian family! After lo these many years, the glow remains because of Lottie, Ernest and Benny. Praise God for using them for His glory!

Grandmother McWha was a kind and and caring person. She lived the love Jesus taught people to show. She was always helpful, kind, and supportive to my sister and her family. I know she is singing God's praises and full of joy in Heaven. May God's love surround all her loved ones as they make this transition of life on Earth without her.
Please know that even though we were not able to be there with you all today, that our hearts are there. I loved Aunt Lottie and it is a comfort to know that she is with the Lord today. This family always loved reunions and I can always remember how much fun they were. I always remember the stories, the laughter and the love that was always present during those days. I know there is a big reunion happening in Heaven this day that will never end. Our prayers are with you all this day during the graveside services and memorial service.

We have only known Lottie for the last 8 years since moving to Stephens Ave. She was a very kind woman and brought us some of her homemade goodies on a few occasions. We will miss having her as a neighbor. May your family find peace and comfort during this time of loss.
