Lourdes Rivera Kihn's Obituary
Lourdes Rivera Kihn, age 62 of Bentonville, passed away suddenly Saturday, June 3, 2023. She was born March 14, 1961, in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Miguel Angel Rivera Garcia and Conchita Torres de Rivera. She is preceded in death by her Mother Conchita, Aunt Carlota Torres Rodriguez, and Uncle Cheche Joe Sierra.
Lourdes was an active parishioner of St. Vincent de Paul’s Catholic Church in Rogers. She served the church by working for the after-school care program. Lourdes loved life, family, friends, animals, music, tennis, travel, and her beloved Island of Puerto Rico. Lourdes never met a stranger, just a new friend.
Lourdes is survived by her loving husband of 34 years Jerry Kihn of the home, sons Michael Kihn of the home, Alexander Kihn of the home; Father Miguel Rivera of San Juan, Puerto Rico; Sister Mayra Rivera Sierra and Husband Jose Sierra of Miramar, Puerto Rico; and Sister Viviana Rivera Torres of Phoenix, AZ; Nephew Miguel Alejandro Rivera of Virginia Beach, VA; In addition to numerous family members who live in Maryland and Puerto Rico.
A visitation will be held Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 5-7:00 PM at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home of Rogers. A funeral mass will be held Friday, June 16, 2023, at 10:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
