Lucille M. Smith's Obituary
Lucille M. Smith, 98 of Springdale went to be with the Lord Sunday, August 24, 2014 in Springdale. She was born July 13, 1916 in Shattuck, Oklahoma the daughter of William E. Wingert and Iona Martin Wingert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn, son Hugh two brothers and one sister. Lucille was a member of Central Baptist Church of Fayetteville and was a past member of the Rebecca Lodge and also enjoyed oil painting. Survivors include 3 sons, Wesley Smith and wife, Martha; Keith Smith; Paul and wife, Doris; and daughter-in-law, Charlotte Smith. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7PM, Thursday at the Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Friday, August 29, 2014 at the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Private burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family requests that memorials in her name go to the American Cancer Association, 3291 S Thompson St, Springdale, AR 72764.
