Lucy Theda Hammond's Obituary
Lucy Theda (Skaggs) Hammond, of Fayetteville, AR, passed away on July 5, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. Lucy was born in Little Rock, AR on August 23, 1942, to John C. Skaggs and Viola Lewis. Preceded by her parents and husband William A. Hammond and son William C. Hammond. She is survived by her son, John Hammond and his wife Tabatha, Two daughters Natasha Hammond and Pauline Schafer, one granddaughter Lisa Schafer, and one grandson Titan Hammond. She had a servants heart and thoroughly loved kids and being around kids. Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, from 5-7 pm at Moore’s Chapel of Fayetteville. A chapel service will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at Moore’s Chapel, followed by committal at Fayetteville National at 11:30 am.
