Lynette Sue Lee's Obituary
Lynette Abramson Lee
March 12, 1963 - March 10, 2025
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved wife, daughter and sister, Lynette Sue Lee on March 10, 2025. Born on March 12, 1963, Lynette was welcomed into a family who celebrated her arrival with lots of love. She was bright and capable, and soon discovered a talent for music, playing and singing at East Tulsa Church of God, and in marching band at Will Rogers High School in Tulsa. Lynette married her high school sweetheart, Robert, and moved to northwest Arkansas where they made a life of their Italian restaurants, lively nieces and nephews, and treasured cat family. Lynette's passion for feline animal rescue saved at least 60 animals over the course of her life. She also had a passion for genealogy, easily named the family's chronicler and history expert. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor was a great help as she served Frist Church of the Nazarene in Springdale as church secretary for nine years. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Robert Lee, as well as parents, Glenn and Carolyn Abramson, siblings Lauri Billinger of Tulsa, OK, Lisa (Pete) Bitar, of Anderson, Indiana, Lesli Abramson, and Lance (Jessica) Abramson, of Springdale, AR. Also grieving her passing are numerous nieces, nephews, and a loving, extended family across the country. A celebration of her life will be held at Nelson Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville, AR on March 17, 2025, at 2pm central, and on FB live. Visitation will be offered at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Spay Arkansas in her memory are greatly appreciated.
