Margaret had a strong work ethic and loved to help others. She had wonderful memories of her co-workers, patients, and students. She said she believed your worth was determined by how much you did for others and she demonstrated that in everything she did. She was an avid reader, managing the library at Innisfree, in addition to volunteering at Friendly Bookstore. She loved to help others find books because reading was as necessary to her as breathing. She also enjoyed flowers and always had a beautiful garden. She and her husband, Lem, had many great vacations and enjoyed traveling to 49 of the 50 states. They valued their community and friends, hosting many parties and events in their home. Margaret was a loving and supportive wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family deeply and absolutely adored watching her grandchildren grow up. She said she had a wonderful life and because of her - we also have a wonderful life as well. Her family would like to thank Mercy NWA and her dedicated physicians, Cynthia Wilson, M.D., Jason McKinney, M.D., and Staci Hopper, APRN-CNP, for their supportive, compassionate care.
