Marigold "Goldie" Grace Thorup's Obituary
Marigold Grace Thorup was born on February 27, 2024. After 43 cherished minutes, she died peacefully at home in the arms of her parents.
Marigold (“Goldie”) is the daughter of Michael and Ashley Thorup of Fayetteville, Arkansas. She is survived by her big sister, Luca June Thorup; her maternal grandparents, Tony and Robin Flippin of Fayetteville; paternal grandparents Diane Thorup of Lebanon, Tennessee and Bill and Shari Thorup of Madison, Tennessee; maternal great-grandparents Dale and Evelyn Greenwalt of Hazen, Arkansas; and paternal great-grandmother Carol Thorup of Atlanta, Georgia. She is loved by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Goldie’s brief but remarkable life was enveloped in love. Every moment was spent cradled and adored. She is beloved and deeply missed.
Funeral services will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 3:00p.m., with a reception to follow in the Parish Hall.
