Marion, Carolyn, and family. So sorry to hear of your loss. I remember Marla from our days attending FCC. She was pretty, smart, and sweet, and I know you will miss her. God bless you all.
Marla was a pistol and one of those people you loved to work with, laugh with and hang with. I recall running into her in Fayetteville when we were visiting my daughter; it was a special time to meet each other's families, share coffee and hugs. I will miss those hugs! God speed Marla. See you on the other side for coffee someday!
Marla was always a delight to work with and was truly one of Hot Springs' best ambassadors. I will miss her sharp wit, her dazzling smile and her brilliant writing--having followed her cancer blog from beginning to end. Now I weep for her loss, but smile for her love of life, family, friends, and Don. May the Peace of God which passes all understanding keep her now and forever in His hands.
I have known Marla for only a few years. She was my next door neighbor at Timberidge. I knew from the first dayI met her that she was a very special, caring, beautiful lady. I admire her for the strength and courage she hadduring the duration of her disease. Herfamily will continue to be in my prayers. She will be missed by all.

My parents and I were privileged to know several of you, my mom knew Happy and family, and Marion was pallbearer for my mother. Marla will definitely be missed. My condolences to you all.Jacque Fifer
Although we only met Marla a few months ago when we became neighbors, we admired Marla's strength as she bravely faced her disease. She was an inspiration to us as she continued to work with a dedication that was only matched by her courage. She will be missed and we will keep all of her family in our prayers during this difficult time. Ginny and Ed RiceTimberidge neighbors
You were always fun at the APTRC meetings. I enjoyed knowing and working with you. My deepest sympathy to your family.
I treasure the years I knew you; we almost made it to the 30-year mark. I cherish the laughter, the political discussions, the sharing of ideas and the friendship. You were definitely one-of-a-kind and I am honored to have known you and called you friend and co-worker all these years.
My deepest sympathy to Marla's family. She will be greatly missed.
