Marvin Gray Sr's Obituary
Marvin L. Gray Sr., 78, of Rogers, Arkansas and Peoria, Arizona, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 6, 2025. He was born in Chandler, Oklahoma and raised in SW Missouri. He was a smart, caring, and generous man who Loved his family dearly. His working years were spent in Northwest Arkansas, where he moved his family in the early 80’s. He had a passion to serve people so in 1986 he started a successful business called Professional Business Systems (PBS) in Rogers. When he retired in 1996, his family continued in his footsteps and still run the company. Marvin loved his retirement years and traveled this Great Country that he proudly served during the Vietnam War.
He is proceeded in death by his mother, Betty Estes and father, Ken Gray. Marvin is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Marsha Gray; two children, Marisha Mawby and spouse, Matt Mawby; and Marvin Gray, Jr and spouse, Chrissy Gray; four grandchildren, Mitchell Mawby and spouse, Maurie, Matthew Mawby and spouse, Taylor, Parker Gray, and Lynley Gray; two great-grandchildren, Mack Mawby and Mia Mawby; two brothers, Harvey Gray and Ralph Gray; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be officiated by close family friend, Van Benson.
Gathering at Hunt Chapel Saturday January 18, from 10:15 until 11am with service to follow.
