Mary C. Berna's Obituary
Mary C. Berna, 88 of Mulberry, Arkansas passed away Monday, October 29, 2007 in her home. She was born May 11, 1919 in Treat, Arkansas to Sam E. and Bessie Cardela (Tilly) Payne. She was a homemaker and a member of Main Street Missionary Baptist Church in Mulberry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Berna.
She is survived by two sons; Bill Berna of Van Buren, AR, Tommy Berna of Mulberry, AR, one brother; Kirksey Payne of Ft. Smith, AR, four grandchildren, three step grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, six step great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and one step great great grandchild
Visitation will be held at Edward Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 31, 2007.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, November 1, 2007 at Main Street Missionary Baptist Church in Mulberry with Reverend Mike Lewis and Chaplain Jonathan Hamby officiating. Burial will follow at New Cemetery in Mulberry.
