Mary Ella Shoemaker Young's Obituary
Mrs. Mary Ella (Pinky) Shoemaker Young, 78 of Osceola, Ark passed away Monday, April 5, 2004 in Fayetteville, Ark. She was born September 17, 1925 in Corinth, Miss to Herbert Carter and Bird (Strange) Shoemaker. She worked in insurance for 53 years and was with Winston Morgan Insurance Agency for 39 of them. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Osceola, Ark.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Young, son, Valvie Young, and sister, Delores Shoemaker Robson.
She is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Shirley Shoemaker Edrington and Ray Edrington of Springdale, Ark, one nephew Lee Edrington of Fayetteville, Ark, three nieces, Beth Edrington McEver of Fayetteville, Ark, Susan Edrington Rogan of New Orleans, LA, Robin Robson Baumann of Indian Harbor Beach, FL, seven great nieces and nephews and many friends.
