Mary Lettebelle Stephens' Obituary
Mary Lettebelle Stephens, 74, of West Fork, AR, joined her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 1, 2009 at her home in Rogers, AR. She was born October 11, 1934 in Kansas City, MO to Roy and Loeata ( Roper) Skivers. She was a lifetime Mom and homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her husband, George N. Stephens, one son Brian Andrew Stephens, and three great grandchildren and six brothers.
She is survived by three sons, Mark Stephens and wife Lee of Grove, OK, Daniel Stephens and wife Jackie of West Fork, AR and Matthew Stephens of Rogers, three daughters, Dee Jordan and husband Steve of Rogers, AR, Georgia Lane and husband Dwayne of Rogers, AR and Teresa Stephens of Fayetteville, AR, sixteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, three sisters; Thelma Kennedy of Rogers, Helen Brown and Alice Wilson of Kansas City, MO, four brothers, Gerald Skivers of Branson,MO, Harold Skivers of Grandview, MO., Rudolph Skivers of Peculiar, MO. and Mike Skivers of Grandview, MO.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, February 3, 2009 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
A service of celebration will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home Chapel in Fayetteville with Pastors Dwayne Lane and Steve Jordan officiating. Burial will follow at Baptist Ford Cemetery in Greenland.
