Mary was an avid volunteer for many animal welfare organizations. Mary volunteered for Animal League of Washington County, Washington County Animal Shelter and Humane Society of the Ozarks. I have known Mary for over 15 years. I so enjoyed her company at many animal welfare events: Jog with a Dog, Dogwood Walk, Pet Wellness Expo, and Subaru Loves Pets, just to name a few.

Animal League of Washington County are now the guardians of her beloved pets Rosie and Pip. I so loved Mary, her wit and her love of all animals,

Mary will be very missed, she was one special lady.
As Mary would always say to me at the end of a phone call or email, "You're a Georgia Peach". Now I say to you Mary, You are the Georgia Peach.

Love and Hugs Mary, I will take special care of your sweet Rosie and Pip. You will be sorely missed.

I always loved it when Mary and I were at the same animal events for the Washington County Animal Shelter as volunteers. We shared our animal stories. Loved Mary's wit and charm.
