Mary Elizabeth McIntyre, a loving wife, mother, daughter, and dedicated Certified Nurse’s Assistant, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023, in Rogers, Arkansas. She was 56 years old. Mary was born on December 24, 1966, to Cecil and Erma Taylor Brown, and she grew up in Rogers, Arkansas.
Mary dedicated her life to caring for others as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant, where her compassion and kindness touched the lives of countless patients. Her unwavering commitment to providing comfort and support to those in need made her an invaluable member of the healthcare community. Mary's colleagues and patients alike held her in high regard, admiring her professionalism and her ability to brighten the darkest of days with her warm smile.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mary was a loving wife to her husband, Mark McIntyre, who she shared many cherished moments with over the years. Their bond was a testament to the power of love and partnership, and their love story served as an inspiration to all who knew them.
Mary is survived by her husband Mark McIntyre of Avoca, her daughter Ashley Goodell and husband Eric of Thayer, Missouri, her son, David Michael Burkett and wife Vanessa of Seligman, Missouri, her sisters Thelma Aguirre of Rogers and Sharon Burkett of Pea Ridge and two brothers, Rick Brown and wife Shirley of Bentonville and Tim Brown of Rogers. 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil, and Erma Taylor Brown, whom she deeply loved and cared for throughout their lives as well as a son Jason Shane Burkett; four brothers: Cecil Brown, Wayne Edward Brown, Jimmy Brown and Larry Brown and one sister, Patricia Ann Brown.
A memorial service to celebrate Mary's life will be held on 12:00 pm Saturday, October 7, 2023,at River of Faith Church located at 4276 SSR-KK Jane, Mo 65745 where friends and family will come together to remember the remarkable woman she was.
Mary Elizabeth McIntyre will be remembered not only for her dedication to her profession but also for her unwavering love for her family and her ability to bring comfort and joy to those around her.
