Maxine Skelton's Obituary
Maxine Skelton, age 84, of West Fork passed away Friday January 1, 2016 in Fayetteville. She was born February 21, 1931 in Haskell, Texas to Wesley and Alta Hutchins Conner. She was a member of the Woolsey Community Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Melvin; daughter, Barbara Gail Skelton; son, Terry Dewayne Skelton; several brothers and sisters. She is survived by three sons, Randy Skelton and his wife Wanda of West Fork, Arkansas; David Skelton and his wife Diana of West Fork, Arkansas; John Skelton and his wife Debbie of Palm Harbor, Florida; two sisters, Modene Napier and Sandra Morgan both of California; four brothers, Rex Conner, Coy Conner, Ronnie Conner, Doug Conner all of California; seven grandchildren, Clarissa Brewer, Cassi Wood, Lauren Wilson, Holly Skelton, Whitney Skelton, Kathy Skelton, Chris Skelton; eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Visitation will be 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Wednesday January 6, 2016 at Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville. Memorial service will be 2:00 pm Thursday at Moore’s Chapel.
