Mr. Goff was one of the first people I met at FBC Fayetteville almost 6 years ago when I first moved here for college. Steve Moore introduced me on my first Sunday after church and said "This man is going to be someone you need to know here at the church for years to come". Steve was right, Mr. Goff was a wonderful, Godly, leader and friend to all who knew him.
I never met Millard, but everything I have read makes me regret not having had the opportunity. I blesses me when someone I am related to is such a wonderful person. Bless all of you. Sheila Parsley Young
What a wonderful, precious gentleman! I first met Mr. Goff through my Grandfather, Roe Stokenbury. Mr Goff always remembered my name, how many kids and dogs I had, etc., etc. He made everyone feel that he/she was his special, personal friend. He was and is a truly great man. We believe that we will see him again one day. May God grant you peace and hope and happy memories.
Judy, We are sad to hear about this event in your lives. We send sincere sympathy and hugs to the whole family. We had only met Mr. Goff when he visited Ft. Worth. We enjoyed reading the tribute and watching the video. It is obvious he was a wonderful man, He raised a wonderful daughter.
