Dr. Monica R. Hamilton, 30, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 13, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, relatives, and some of her dearest friends. Born on September 21, 1994, in Miami, Florida, Monica embraced life with passion, joy, and deep thankfulness for every experience. She was a foodie who loved to travel and enjoyed sharing new dishes with friends and family. Monica approached each new place and person she met with an open heart and a spirit of adventure.
Monica was the personification of resilience, compassion, and humor. She had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel seen, heard, and loved. Her radiant spirit, kind heart, and keen sense of humor enriched the lives of all who knew her.
A lifelong learner Monica graduated from Rogers High School, and Andrews University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Tufts University and recently completed a two-year dental subspecialty in Orofacial Pain Management at the University of Kentucky.
She is survived by her loving parents, Wayne and Olga Hamilton; her sister; relatives; a wide circle of extended family and devoted friends. Her legacy of resilience, kindness, humor, and unwavering strength will continue to inspire all who knew her.
A celebration of Monica’s life will take place at the Bentonville Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2520 SE 14th Street, Bentonville, AR, on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. A second service will be held at the Eliathah Seventh-day Adventist Church, 7550 N. University Drive, Tamarac, Florida, on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Both services will be live-streamed.
In honor of Monica’s legacy, the family will be establishing a scholarship fund for dental students, with details to be announced at a later date.
Monica lived her life to the fullest — with laughter, gratitude, and a heart open to the world. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
