Monty's death was a very sad day. He was one of my best friends. We worked at Chromalloy and Pratt & Whitney, jet engine part repair.
Monty was a very kind person and he got along with everyone,

My Uncle Monty was the coolest cat around. I have so many memories with him. It's hard to pick just one. The one that stands out the most in my mind is his early morning ribs... To this day I carry on the same tradition from time to time. He would come home from the bar or were ever he was at 2am. And wake me and Taia up tell us to get up the ribs are on the grill. Mom would be right behind him telling him Monty Ray they are sleeping ... leave them alone.Mom would finally give up trying to stop him . And I would get to stay up with the coolest uncle in the world and eat b que ribs at 4am .. For some reason those 4 am ribs always tasted So much better than the rest.. Damn I miss you uncle Monty..
Monty was a great friend. He always had a smile on no matter what. He would laugh and make you laugh and improve your mood instantly. I feel lucky to have known Monty. He will be missed!
