In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.
While working at Butterfield Trail Village, I became acquainted with Myrtle not realizing she was a sister of my favorite teacher at Fayetteville High School, Alma Kitchens. I learned from Mrs. Kitchens that Myrtle was her sister. I always enjoyed Myrtle who was always so friendly and full of laughter. Many Sunday mornings when I was at the receptionist desk at BTV, she was coming to get on the bus to take her to church, but always had a word to say as she passed by. My sympathy to Mrs. Kitchens and the rest of Myrtle's family.
I will miss getting that hug on Sunday mornings at Sequoyah United Methodist as I pass by your Sunday School classroom. You always had a smile and a hug for Rick and myself. He will really miss getting your coffee and taking care of you on Sunday mornings. We both know you are in a better place now and we will see you again when we make it to that heavenly home.
You have been such a big part of our lives over the years. There has hardly been a memory that you were not a part of. I will miss you so much. Thank you for all the wonderful memories. Your niece, Debby
Aunt Myrtle, you'll always be in our hearts. You were a second mom to me and you will be missed so much. Your niece, Terri
