Neva Lou Shook Franks, 89, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016 at her home in Huntsville, Arkansas. She was born January 6, 1927 in Decatur, Arkansas to Samuel Lee and Beulah Violet Rice Shook. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 28th from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, September 29th at Cassville Cemetery in Cassville, Arkansas under the direction of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
