Noah Konuparampil Antony, 20, of Fayetteville, AR fell asleep in the Lord Friday, February 3, 2017 in Waco, TX. He was born October 1, 1996 in Springdale, AR to Paul Antony and Susan (Abraham) Antony. Born and brought up in a God fearing and loving family environment, Noah was a mature, bright, intelligent, compassionate, resourceful, and humorous gift from God who excelled in so many fronts. He was a sophomore at Baylor University majoring in political science and was active in King’s Club, Urban Mission Team, Mock Trial Team, and Baylor Interdisciplinary Core.
A member of St. Raphael Catholic Church in Springdale, he was an Altar Server and Lector for several years as well as a member of the leadership team for the church Youth Group. He graduated with Highest Honors from Har-Ber High School, where he was an active member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Honor Society, and Har-Ber Debate. His humor lead him to win a tournament title in Duet Improv and his determination inspired him to take on an attorney role, leading his team to the Final Four at the State Mock Trial Championship. His ability to perform, on all levels, earned him a position on the Baylor Mock Trial Team as a freshman. In addition, Noah participated on the Har-Ber cross country and track teams, earning multiple All-State honors in track. Noah’s interest in politics and public policy earned him an internship with Congressman Steve Womack of Arkansas during the summer of 2016.
Noah is survived by his parents; brother Isaac John Antony; sisters Sophia Elizabeth Antony and Isabella Marie Antony, all of Fayetteville, AR; paternal grandparents, K.K. and Raichel Antony of Little Rock, AR; maternal grandparents Yohannan T. and Tessy Abraham of Springfield, MO; uncle Fr. John Antony; uncles and aunts Dr. and Mrs. John Lee Abraham, Drs. Michael and Ancy Abraham, Dr. and Mrs. Anthony Gulde; cousins Lily, Kaeden, Scarlett, and Sebastian Abraham; and Raichel, Luke, Jacob, Adam and Rebecca Gulde.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, February 10 at 5:00PM at St. Raphael Catholic Church in Springdale and the Praying of the Rosary will begin at 6:00 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at noon on Saturday, February 11 at St. Raphael Catholic Church. A reception will follow the Mass at the church until 3:00 and a private burial thereafter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Baylor Student Mission Fund, St Raphael Food Pantry and/or Ozark Catholic Academy.
