Obituary
Norma Jean (Howe) Simone, 82, of Bentonville, Ark., died on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. She was born March 17, 1936 to Charles Howe and Pearl Newberry Howe.
Norma worked for Baxter Travenol Laboratories in Mtn. Home, Ark and loved to write poems about the people she worked with. She was a collector of Coca Cola memorabilia, loved playing cards with her grandkids and Bunco with friends for over 50 years. She also loved to laugh and dance and had a passion to win at Bingo.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Simone, her parents and 3 siblings.
Norma is survived by daughter, Barbara Simone; son, Larry Simone and wife, Denise, both of Bentonville; a sister, Loretta Wilkening of Russellville, Ark; a brother, Bob Howe and wife, Gail of Oklahoma City, OK; four grandchildren, Sarah Greenbank and husband, Jeff; Patrick Carson and wife, Jessica; Tommy Simone, Ray Simone all of Bentonville, and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 7:00PM, Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services of Rogers.
A Funeral Prayer Service will be at 11:00AM, Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel in Rogers with Deacon Ronnie Hoyt officiating.
Graveside service will be at 11:00AM, at Cotter City Cemetery in Cotter, Arkansas.
