Norma Ruth Sergeant's Obituary
Norma Ruth Sergeant, age 79, of Tontitown, AR, passed away on January 15, 2022, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, AR.
Norma was born on March 29, 1942, in Goshen, AR, to Clarence and Ruth Worley. She was raised by Lee and Mary Hull. Norma graduated from Fayetteville High School and spent her career as a bookkeeper and homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, of 61 years, Joe Sergeant; her three children, Steve Sergeant and wife, Melanie of Lowell, Greg Sergeant and partner Mike, of Owasso, OK, and Cindy Davison and husband Keith of Rogers, AR, and three grandchildren, Brian, Kyle, and Cole.
Norma is preceded in death by three brothers, Conley, Dean, and Chester Worley. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arkansas Children’s Hospital in her memory.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 20, at Nelson Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
