While I realize that he passed away years ago. He touched my life and I am very grateful. When I was in medical school, he recruited me for the Health Professions Scholarship in 1972. When it was time to pay back, I was sent to Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma and never left the area. Were it not for Glenn recruiting me nearly 50 years ago, I would have never found the Pacific Northwest. I wish I had thought of thanking home years ago.

Glen and I worked together, 1967-69, in So. Vietnam at the 6th Convalescent Center on Cam Ranh Bay. He was Officer Can-do. If you wanted anything, a jeep, case of steaks, guitars for the patients, Glen was the go-to person. He had a heart as big as all outdoors and a knack of making things work for everyone. Enclosed is a photo with Glen taken in 2008 at the 6th CC reunion in Columbia, OH. As you can see, everyone looks up to Glen. It was an honor to work with Glen and to have him as a friend.Jerry G.
