Olin J.H. Bruce's Obituary
Mr. Olin J.H. Bruce, 77 of Prairie Grove, AR passed away Friday, February 15, 2008 in Fayetteville, AR. He was born July 6, 1930 in Fayetteville, AR to Hershel J.H. Bruce and Haley M.(Gabbard) Bruce.
He was a retired sales clerk with Oak Plaza Pharmacy, a member of the 86 Church and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was also well known for his piano playing in area nursing homes and churches.
He is survived by his wife Mary Bruce, one son Philip Bruce of Los Angeles, CA, two sisters; Betty Logue of Fayetteville, AR, and Mary Lewis of Albuquerque, NM, and a sister-in-law Dixie Lee of Greenwood, AR.
Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM Tuesday, February 19th 2008 in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with the service beginning at 10:00 AM with Pastor L.V. Vickery officiating. Burial will follow at Fayetteville National Cemetery.
