Opal May Jarnagan's Obituary
Opal May Jarnagan, 79, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away, Friday, January 23, 2009 in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born January 4, 1930 in Gruver, Texas. The daughter of Jack and Verinie (Bratton) Bird, she was a homemaker and a buyer for Emerson Electric of which she retired. She is survived by four grandchildren; Tina Fredrickson of Bentonville, Arkansas, Lynn Murphy of Rogers, Arkansas, Rick Murphy of Garfield, Arkansas, Steve Welch of Fayetteville, Arkansas, one sister; Carolyn Cluck of Rogers, Arkansas, one son; James Jarnagan of Rogers, Arkansas, five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. A memorial service will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 28, 2009, at the First United Methodist Church of Rogers, 307 West Elm Street, Rogers, Arkansas, with Reverend David Bentley officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Rd., Springdale, Arkansas 72764.
