Otis H Hall, 77 , formally of Cedar Hill, Texas, left this earth to be with our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 in Bentonville, AR after a courageous battle with cancer.He was a successful, hardworking entrepreneur, establishing and partnering in several grocery brokerage companies throughout his long career in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Prior to retiring from Crossmark in 2001, he was President of Hall-Tisdale, Inc.Otis (also known as Sonny) loved to hunt, play golf, work at the State Fair of Texas alongside his sister, Carolyn, carrying on a legacy which was started by his mother and sharing old stories with his friends over a cup of coffee.He was preceded in death by his parents,Otis Homer and Beulah of Ft. Worth and son, Otis Ray Hall.Otis is survived by his wife of 32 years, Joan D Amato Hall, formerly of Torrington , CT. Son, Clay and wife, Lorri of Rogers; Daughter, Belinda Williams and husband, Donnie of Granbury, TX; sister, Carolyn McKee and husband, Jim of Cedar Hill; seven Grandchildren: Christina Nelson and husband Bradley, Amanda, Ashley and Cody Hall, Jake and Dakota Baker, Tres Teschke, Cousin Laura and his beloved dog, Addie.Memorial services will be at 1:30PM Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Good Shepherd Church, 915Old Straus Road in Cedar Hill, TX.The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Patient Services Inc., P.0. Box 5930, Midlothian, Virginia, 23112 (patientservicesinc. org) or to Tri-City Animal Center, 1150E. Pleasant Run Road, Cedar Hill, TX 75104.Memorial services will be at 1:30PM Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Good Shepherd Church, 915 Straus Road in Cedar Hill, TX.
