Karen, I was thinking about your folks just last week, remembering the time we played a mystery-type Clue game at their house in Cincinnati... (back in the late 80's, early 90's?). Your mom was a character in the game with us - and she kept losing her advantage to someone...and in her jovial frustration, she called the other player a "left-handed ransacker!" with such hilarious fierceness that we all fell out in belly laughter and couldn't stop laughing. The phrase "You left-handed ransacker!" has stayed in our family - and still makes me laugh. We love Patty! Such a dream Mom!
