I was out of town when Lynn died so I missed the service. Even though we hadn't spoken in more than 10 yrs, I always felt connected. Just knowing that she isn't there any more leaves an empty space in my memories. All those years in Van Buren when she lived at my house and I lived at hers were my good times growing up. My thoughts and prayers go out to each of you.

I knew Lynn for a long time over the phone with Morgan Stanley. I will miss her. Your family will be in my prayers.

I admired Lynn. I admired Lynn for her grit. I admired Lynn for her determination to her work. I admired Lynn for her direct nature and her ability to slice through the insignificant and get down to the true matter at hand. There was not much gray with Lynn, but mainly black and white. You always knew what to expect. Lynn was genuine. I liked her style.
Lynn was always good and kind to me and to my family even making a stocking by hand for my baby daughters first Christmas. It was a small purple stocking with white lettering that read"Ella Claires first Christmas." I had no idea she was making it, and the way she casually presented it to me one day caught me so off guard that I'm not sure I ever thanked her properly. It touched me and I will always remember her for that.
I think Lynn was cool. I think she lived life on her own terms. I think she was a good and loyal friend. I know my life is richer for having known her. I admired Lynn.
We have many memories of Lynn in Jr. High & High School, band, sleep overs,
YAC dances - trips, etc.
Later when Gayle & Charles lived in Little Rock, & Lynn & Wendy did also, we would see them whenever we visited there.
We felt like Lynn was partly ours, & were so proud of her accomplishments. She was a wonderful person and will be remembered by us with much love.
