Paul Dow Price's Obituary
Paul Dow Price, 82, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, died Tuesday, July 27, 2004 at his home in Fayetteville. He was born July 5, 1922 in Wichita Falls, Texas, the son of George T. and Thelma Mendenhall Price. He was a member of the Calvary Assembly of God Church in Fayetteville, where he was the pianist and a vocalist for many years. He was a painting contractor for more than fifty years. He enjoyed music, travel and Razorback sports.
He is survived by his wife Delores Price of Fayetteville, Arkansas, two daughters; Paula Opela and husband Wesley of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Sharon Price of Fayetteville, Arkansas, one son; David Price of Marietta, Georgia, four grandchildren; Jared Opela, Melissa Opela, Vanessa Snow, Bridget Hassell, two great grandchildren; Ellora and Gabriel.
A memorial service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, August 2, 2004 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with Mr. J.W. Walker officiating.
