Paul Arthur Mosley's Obituary
On December 21, 2022, Paul Arthur Mosley passed peacefully from this life into the waiting and loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was born December 22, 1932, in Texarkana, Arkansas to Arthur and Grace (Moore) Mosley. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Clarene Mosley and daughter Sharon Culpepper.
Paul began and finished his professional life as a newspaper pressman. He began his career in 1951 at the Texarkana Gazette but also worked at other newspapers such as the Houston Chronicle and the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. He was a Korean War Army Veteran and was married to the love of his life for over 60 years.
Paul was passionate about his walk with his Lord and served faithfully in many churches over his lifetime. He was a model father figure to his grandchildren and was loved by all who met him.
Paul was extremely dedicated to his family and always loved each of them unconditionally. In his spare time, he enjoyed being outdoors and loved gardening and bird watching.
Paul is survived by his daughter, Paula Plum and her husband Patrick of Bentonville, Arkansas; grandchildren, Renae and Justin Lipsmeyer, Jason and Ashley Styles, Michael Styles, Eric and Miranda Cochran, and Joshua and Leslie Nix; 14 great-grandchildren; and host of extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Shiloh Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery in Texarkana, Arkansas.
