Paul Sharon Stufflebeam, age 81, passed away, Thursday, June 2, 2022, in Rogers, Arkansas. He was born July 16, 1940, in Combs Arkansas to Calvin Stufflebeam and Alice Combs Stufflebeam of Combs Arkansas
He is preceded in death by his parents; His brother Jim Stufflebeam, His Sons Robby Stufflebeam and Dwayne Vanover, His Granddaughter Beth Ann Bartz; and His Daughter- In- Law Jenny Stufflebeam.
Before retiring Paul worked as a drycleaner, He knew everybody and anybody on Dickson Street. He loved playing gutiar and singing with family; sitting out on the front porch watching wild life; reading western novels; watching old black and white movies; eating lays potatoe chips; good hamburger from Sonic or Braums, Russell Stover Chocolates and Sonic Strawberry Milkshakes; and being outside in the sun. He enjoyed family get togethers, especially when Mexican Food was being served. He loved telling stories about Old Cars when he would see them on Tv. HE LOVED TALKlNG ABOUT POLITICS AND WAS VERY PASIONATE
ABOUT HIS OPINIONS. He loved sharing many of his life stories. His wisdom and his wit were a source of comfort and joy. HE LOVED GOD,WANTED HIS FAMILY TO DO THEIR BEST AND CONTINUE TO WALK WITH THE LORD.
Paul is survived by his six Children: Henry Vanover of Rogers, AR; Marie Balentine of Springdale, AR; Paul Jr. Stufflebeam of Prairie Grove, AR; Beverly ( Bill Bartz) of Fayetteville, Ar; Linda (Sean Ahlgreen AKA John) of Rogers, AR; JJ ( Amy Stufflebeam) of Bentonville, AR; Paul is Survived by two Brothers: Butch Stufflebeam of Elm Springs, Arkansas and Rick Stufflebeam of Anderson Missouri, and one Sister, Lylith Howell of Elm Springs, Arkansas.Paul had 15 Granchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren, and Numerous Nieces and Nephews
It was Paul’s last wish to have his remains spread among the Southwestern tumbleweeds, since one of his fondest memories was the year that he and his wife decorated a tumbleweed as their Christmas tree.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted under the direction of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home of Rogers.
