Paul W. Haffner's Obituary
Paul W. Haffner, age 69, of Farmington died Monday June 6, 2011 in Farmington. He was born December 3, 1941 in Tower Hill, Illinois to George and Eva Welch Haffner. He was a Catholic, veteran of the U.S. Army, member of American Legion Post 27. He was proud to be an American and to serve his country.
He is survived by his wife Eileen “Sally” Haffner, three step daughters, Betty McGee, Vonda Cook, Annette Benke and her husband Duke all of Fayetteville, one step son, Roger Dickey and his wife Pam of Elkins, twelve grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Wednesday June 8, 2011 at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville with burial at Fayetteville National Cemetery under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
Pall bearers will be Travis McGee, David Cook, Josh Ralston, Zac Cook, J.T. Dickey, Jacob House. Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Dickey, Matt Dickey, Scotty McGee, Duke Benke and Roger Dickey.
