Pauline “Polly” Hudson
Pauline “Polly” Hudson, age 87, of Wheeler died Wednesday July 13, 2011 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born January 27, 1924 in Garvin County, Oklahoma to Thomas Claude and Oma Pearl Loveless Holmes.
Pauline was active in the Home Demonstration Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. D. Hudson; two brothers, J. C. Holmes, and Tony Holmes.
She is survived by a son, Jerry Hudson; three sisters: Wilma Wallace of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Carolyn Waddle of Pawhuska, Oklahoma and Alta Jane Allen of Springfield, Missouri; seven brothers: L. V. Holmes of Springfield, Missouri; A. C. Holmes of Marshfield, MO; Dexter Holmes of Casa Grande, Arizona; Tommy Holmes of El Paso, TX; Steve Holmes of Springfield, MO; David Holmes of Fordland, MO; Jimmy Holmes of Springfield, MO; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday July 15, 2011 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday at Nelson-Berna Funeral Chapel with burial at Mt. Comfort Cemetery in Fayetteville under the direction of Nelson Berna Funeral Home.
