Peggy Jane Foster Coronna Gershuny's Obituary
Ms Peggy Jane Foster Coronna Gershuny, 74 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Sunday, October 7, 2007 in Springdale, AR. She was born March 26, 1933 in Calhoun City, MS to Hubert Clarence and Varo Wade (Hubbard) Foster.
She was retired from The Historic Collection of New Orleans, and was active in support groups for ballet, opera, theater, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Orleans. She also attended University Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Gina Maria Coronna.
She is survived by one son; Vincent Anthony Coronna of New York City, NY, one brother; Hubert Clarence "H.C." Foster and wife Jo of Tyler, TX, one sister; Mary Sam Campbell of Dallas, TX, and three grandchildren Christopher Anthony Coronna, Michael Vincent Coronna, Vincent "Cenzo" Cortese Coronna all of Mandeville, LA, nephew and guardian Del Brooks and wife Connie of Fayetteville, AR honorary guardian nephew Tommy Bobo of Dallas, TX, daughter-in-law Michelle Souza of Mandeville, LA and parents Julian and Ester Brignac of New Orleans, LA, Bill Gershuny of Covington, LA, cousin Mrs. Paul (Mary Nell) Moore, Sr. of Calhoun City, MS, 12 more nieces and nephews and many friends from Arkanshire.
A graveside funeral service will be held 10:30 AM Friday, October 12, 2007 at Pittsboro Cemetery in Pittsboro, MS.
